Privacy Policy
Last updated August 17, 2026
This policy explains what information Cobroker collects when you visit this site or run a report, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you run a free report, request owner contact information, create an account, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your work email, and where you supply them your name, brand or company name, and phone number. Running a report also records the brand or property address you asked about.
When you use the site, we automatically collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location, device and browser type, and marketing attribution parameters (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, and Google click identifiers). We collect this through cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, the Meta Pixel, and our own first-party usage records.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to you, to build and deliver the reports you request, to schedule any call you ask for, and to improve our service. We use analytics and attribution data to understand how the site performs and to measure our advertising.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and respond to you (for example authentication, payment, analytics, scheduling, and communication tools), and where required by law. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
Property and business information
Our reports draw on public and licensed records about properties and businesses — including parcel, ownership, zoning, and location data. Information about a property owner of record comes from those records rather than from you, and it describes a business or property interest rather than a private individual's personal life.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of certain advertising tracking through the tools offered by Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
Data retention and security
We keep the information you provide for as long as needed to respond to you and operate our business, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing isaac@cobroker.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.
